This is another in my current set of minimalist black and white line art drawings. I’ve only posted cats so far, so here is a dog for a change 🙂 I’m definitely a cat person, but I like dogs too.
Weimaraners are large dogs that were originally bred as hunting dogs in the 19th century. They commonly have light coloured coats and eyes, giving them the nickname the ‘grey ghost’. I particularly liked the reference photo I used for this drawing, and might do a painted version too at some point.
I did the drawing on my iPad with the Procreate app, using an ink brush which gives the lines a natural, organic look.
You can find this dog illustration in my stores on wall art prints, pillows and other products in my store on Pixels.
